Read I didn't say ADBA is bullshit I said the standard is bullshit. AKC has the standard as well. I think it's bullshit because a negative recessive trait CAN be bred out of a dog's genetics ,although complicated and takes time, and it's a shame that instead of improving the genetics of that color that we avoid it all together. And even though YOU think the color white is "lame" a lot of people don't and would like to see the color strive.

Its a disqualification because all white is proven genetically to be unhealthy. Its a recessive pigment. Should not be selected for breeding in any dog. Try explaining that to backyard breeders, who breed out of emotion, and looks. Lame.

i really don't understand why people crop the ears and dock the tail. i know to make their dog look " more tough" but its sick. dogs look much cuter with their ears attached to their head and have their tail wagging. god gave them ears and a tail for a reason
