Have you tried suspension training [TRX]? I think it would compliment the other routines you are performing well. It looks like a suspension trainer would fit in your workout room by attaching to your stairs or even outside on a tree or playground equipment.

If you're following this video, make sure you don't over-exert on the back bridges. You can hurt yourself. Also, make sure you tighten your upper and lower back simultaneously throughout the entire rep (as per good gym form) and thus make sure you have proper form when doing them.
you body is amazing you can sell any exercise equipment with that body. are you on a 30min commercial yet and if not whats the problem you turning down offers or what? maybe you need to move to USA we have plenty of FAT people to buy exercise equipment.

Reverse Push-ups are the best to get acquainted w/ the gymnastic bridge. I used to be able to do 10 at a time. Now just push-up and hold.
