man the freezing on pcp version is also beacuse of cheats! i had a live account i used cheats and it freezed like hell but then i made another acc and i dont play with cheats and it hasn't froze even 1 time

Here is the Fix you are Waiting for PEOPLE!

1.Disable your Internet Connection because it use alot of your computer memory

2.Download Gamebooster just Google it.

3.when you are at the main menu of GTA 4 press ctrl+alt+delete and go to "Processes" and find GTAIV.exe then right click it and click "Set Priority" to high...do not set it to real time it will crash your computer!

my gta freez since i updated my dashboard...... before NEVER! from that goddamn' day, gta freeze when i run fast with cars.... and not only... seems that the xbox doesnt load fast the elements of the scenary, cause before it freeze, the levels of game's details, are so fuckin low!!!

Someone said installing works but you have to delete all your saves which is fine but I want to know if there is another way or just your thoughts or knowledge.

It doesn't work, when the game freezes you have got to turn the 360 off as it crashes the whole console, it is something to do with the saves, after you complete a mission and it saves it crashes about 20 mins after that.
