@zeth5500 : i made it into the top 20 but that's as far as it got. my phone interview was a complete flop. they asked questions that - from my perspective - seemed like they came out of left field. totally not what i was expecting and i feel like i failed that part miserably. but all is well - i can't imagine missing out on what i experienced last summer in california.

But the one things that strikes me about your video is in line with what Alicia said.
