  • Unglaublich wunderbar! Das klingt wie Filmmusik und doch so sakral, da spürt man die Kraft Gottes!

  • Very good! But in Notre Dame are to much tourists so you cant enjoy the mass very good! Its better to go to other churches in paris like saint sulpice or saint eustache...

  • I don't know personnally Mr Latry, but I don't think he is a mystic, I rather see him as a symphonic organist. But, at ND, that's not a problem, because believe me, if you want to see an inspired mass with a true religious spirit, you don't go there, especially on a sunday evening. So, as sunday masses are a big show with Andre XXIII, there is a big organ, not especially played in religious manner. It's consistent.

  • yes that could be true but i think you can also have a mystic in your playing when you are not very religous.

  • Of course this is a Improvisation over "Salve Regina" but too lurid for my taste. Much ado about Mary.

  • you are not on the right level to love music like this. you only like child music like mozart or beethoven.

this are great musicers too but its simpler for unmusician peopel to hear their music.

  • I think French organ improvisations sometimes are to lurid like is one. Incompatible to the "Salve regina" before. The aggressive Cav.Coll-sound of Notre Dame puts Mary over the edge. And then the spreading malpractise of the churchgoers to applause at the end of the mass... we are returned to earth.
