  • I like your videos. Makes me wanna try and make this. Thank you.

  • rice doesnt need to be cold. it can be left over rice from last night. warm rice is used.

  • It's good to cook the chicken with some garlic, and or fresh chopped ginger (minced) I like how you explain things.

    Heres how I make mine,

Add any type of meat in bottom of a HOT wok with any type of oil (just enough to coat the bottom of the pan evenly) cook the meat with garlic, salt, and pepper. once the meat is just about done, add any veggies you wish to put in your rice. Add 2 cups of cooked rice (left over) (Continued in next comment)

  • push everything aside and brown some freshly minced ginger after that stir everything together, once you've successfully stired it all together push it all aside and scramble and egg in the other half of the wok, just before the egg is about done mix it all together. once it's all mixed go ahead and add 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of suger, 1tbsp of Oyster sauce(fish sauce works too) [you can find those at your local asian market, or a supermarket sometimes] (continued in next comment)

  • Once you stir all of that together add a tsp of sesame oil which you can also find at an asian market or sometimes a super market. After that you can serve it. I hope you try it and enjoy it. All fried rice is different though. You should make changes each time you make it to try and improve it. Let me know if you make it and how it turned out. I'm sorry if its confusing I'm only 12 yrs old. (everything should be done as fast as you can cook it. Enjoy~
