@insanitor37, it should work on most ps2's, but it may differ from system to system; The ps1 games i have work on the ps2, the backwards compatibility is solid and stable, on the ps3, i don't know, the first set of ps3's had backward compatibility, but for what i know it was weak, in the most recent Fat models Sony removed the backwards compatibility thing, same goes for the Slim no backward compatibility either,
@dinizgames Well, I was asking because from reading the comments, this game looks like it was only sold in europe, and I was wondering if either one od my playstations would ignore the region coding. Thanks for the help anyway.
@insanitor37, this game was sold on Europe only for what i know, i think it "should" work, but i'm not sure, i think you should search for more info about the region coding thing before buying the game, though you can always use the ps1 emulator with the original games,

Wow, quite a strange art direction for a game like this. I must say, this looks more entertaining than Rollcage two, but the game does look a little more concervative. Can you tell me, does the game get faster later on? This seems to play quite slow overall.
I was a big fan of the Rollcage games back in the day, so I'm quite gutted I missed this game.
@Terramax, yeah, i think it was the new art direction the reason they called it Firebugs instead of Rollcage 3,
The game does get faster lather on, there's 3 different leagues, the first one is piece of cake, the second is a little harder, the racing stages are the same all over again and so is the speed, no much change, and the third league, the hardest is the fastest, the only power ups we get are boosts, which makes it much faster, its still pretty good, but its quite easy and repetitive,
personally i like rollcage stage II more, this looks like its more of a childish version, but whatever...
