  • Ahha i do that to:) but whenever i try to go further instea of upwards i fall of the trampoline and its very big:L tbh if your doing it like that ;-) a secret... do a back layout instead so when you go back you realise your hands hardly touch yea well just dont use them atall;-)

  • @henrikbat Im Not Him But I Was Scared Too, So To Get Over Fear Of Going Backwards Get Someone to Spot You Unitl You Can Do It With A Spotter, Then Start Bending back As Far As You Can Go And Jumping. Btw You Have To Have Strong Arms Tht You Are Quite Fathful In :) Hope It Helped

    Cause you are too high. and your arms dont touch the trampoline.until you are landing it.

  • the thing is that our fear is to brake up our necks, but if you practice on as mattress or a trampolin that WONT happen, belive me, not even if you fall the top of the jump, you`ll be allright so keep going man :)
