That was wicked awesome! But things were weird. Like Elites dying for no reason. But does going around the other side of the island faster than getting the warthog? Would seem like it would take longer. But oh well. Nice trick by getting through that locked door. Funny when you came back the Frozen Elite was still there, and the other one. Also very funny near the end when Cortana told you to get the door open and Echo 419 telling you that She Delivers. I'll see if this works for me.

Yeah a lot of things go weird when you skip around. You don't follow the normal course of action so things don't load properly.

The reason going around the island is faster is so that you can skip the whole fight in the beginning. You have to finish the fight before you get the Warthog.
