  • I like your point about catecombs of the mind & being 3-D like. I see it as 1. the surface 2. the thoughts & 3. the hidden part (catecombs or subconscious mind). When anyone dreams the hidden part comes into view but it is seen as a coded message. To divert, I've read "lucid dreaming" is a form of dreaming when awake. However because the subconscious mind demands to be hidden, I hypothesize that the voices are there to keep a person out. But as you allude to the person won't or can't get out.

  • sometimes we think, maybe we are not schizophrenic, just a wierd kind of jewish fairy lol and we think that must really be so, but our version of judaism is lot different than many

  • i think what we most of all need is protection from some of these more insane religous groups who actually sometimes lash at us

  • we have a foot fetish, and we have schizophrenia

its not bad, it actually can helps sometimes, suprising

we have a philosophical outlook on life many may find hard to understand but it has its wisdom, and i feel its doing a lot of good

but there are also some pretty bad trips out there

  • one thing, we don't like how the videos for schizophrenia are set up here

to mus, they don't portray it correctly and they freak us out (in fact these videos and many on youtube on wicca and stuff seem to be about us specifically, when know you are doing it on purpose, please stop attacking us, wiccans, and schizophrenics in general)

its as if we want people to be analyzing and looking at us like freaks

  • at a circus and stuff, its different than that, sometimes you just feel really lonely

like you've purposely been seperated from people not totally because of you but by artificial means. you feel like aeris and nanaki at the beginning of final fantasy 7

also, some of the foot videos are pretty mean and disgusting, that part of it i dont think is cool, it would be awesome to see someone combine it with something interesting or deep

  • sometimes have to take breaks, and i steer away from negative stuff and stuff about slaves, i don't think thats too cool, but i love feet, they are beautiful, they are our root to this world and its earthy wisdoms,

i'm actually am fae, so it kind of explains it,

but yeah i could see it be used as a thing to hurt people, nd it has been used that way

and thats said, but we know theres a way it can be done with virtue, and yeah idunno thats

  • all, oh and we wouldn't trust a guru, and no, we don't want to go 'inside the world of childhood schizophrenia' leave children alone, do you wonder how freaked out you would be if you were schizophrenic and your image is filmed as a kid and all over the internet, thats wierd, it really is, but maybe they dont really use it but still, it probably effects their energy, you know? maybe they wouldnt be freaked out but it just seems wrong to do.

  • transgender and transracial is apparently too much for this society to handle but we think people know what is up in a good way

  • soteria materia

  • metaprogramming shamanism medical cannabis

  • rainbow family

  • you should watch 'krissie talks about wicca' its a video on this site

  • "and there she is smiling at me" yomo yomo yomo yomo "and theres the shroom" yomo yomo yomo yomo "hot" yomo yomo yomo yomo yomo "you're dead" it was my dharma take a bet we're calling you your adorable its not for a picture were not om were everything to Oyu thats a strange way to do it grandma dont feel bad
  • the pen is a sacred vessel gentlemen and women, as we travel through God we must realize all our chips are like fly soda, wind rain and the monk of lia seemingly rise against us but actually secure our victory, the road will be hard, but as we pass through time, through space, through love, we will be seasoned by the spices of life and nothing will stop us, I am Nela, and I would be pleased to join you

  • We have the power to choose the light.

  • :(

  • Hey guys. I'm battling from schizophrenia. I'm not asking for money or views or anything, but just for support and for people to hear me out. My psychiatrist said to let people know about your problem, but everyone thinks I'm weird and my family cannot understand or take me seriously. I made a blog about my problems, and I hope we can talk on there. My blog is battlingschizophrenia.blogspot.com . Fellow schizophrenics, you should also come. We can fight the battle together.

  • thank you

  • I advise you to look up ascension symptoms, you are not mentally ill you are gifted. Bless you

  • saying something and going and never coming back, thats schizophrenia. and thats what sara did, i hope ur well i know how u feel. i dont know! but i swear on my fucking life i would do anything for you. why? cuz i relate to u and i never related to anyone in this deep issue or i should say relate to someone that has and suffer what i suffer.

  • You look kind of like Sandra Bullock

  • Good Description. I can relate. I have a similar condition. I see Christ, Jehovah, and the devil, Gabriel, Biblical People summed up into one image, and other humans i have encountered in my known world. I can sympathize with you. I keep us mental people in my prayers. Get well soon. - Jacob

  • This vid is a phenomenal, inspirational, deep and moving testimony and piece of art. You give such a meaning to the words, through your eyes, your mouth, your rare smiles, and your voice, that sings a melancholic tune. I watched it many times, and I am no tired of it yet. I still have to catch some words I still miss (at 1:42-1:43). Anyway I hope you and your child are fine, and that you are living in the light, even though we all go up and down from the light to the catacombs you talk about.

  • I just wanted to thank you for posting this. I recently got a job at a behavioral health care unit and most of our patients have been diagnosed with schizophrenia. This video really helped to broaden my understanding and perspective. Thank you.

  • WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IS STOP TAKING YOUR MEDS AND JUST IGNORE THE SYPTOMS BECAUSE IF YOU KEEP LISTENING TO IT YOU'LL JUST MAKE IT STRONGER SO NOW IS THE TIME TO WEAKEN IT AND LET IT GIVE UP ON YOU AS TIME GOES BY. IT WON'T BE EASY BUT AS LONG AS YOU IGNORE IT THE SYPTOMS WILL EVENTUALLY GO AWAY FOR GOOD AND YOU'LL BE BACK TO YOUR RIGHT STATE OF MIND TRUST ME THIS IS THE CURE!

  • I listen to you all the time. You comfort me. Mike

  • I have been diagnosed with psychotic disorder and have researched the symptoms of schizophrenia and I share every single one accept visual hallucinations.

  • Stay in the light!! Even when you are sleeping

  • thank you for sharing! ...a very insightful monologue of this medical condition.

  • May God heal you :D but do your part.

  • Try looking into the camera. I can take it more seriously..

  • Hey forget the demons, we can't take them away from us but we can keep ourselves away from them and we should. Nasty demons won't touch a finger on you as long as you choose to stay in the light. Your vibration attracts spirits in the same vibration.

If you vibrate negatively, bad spirits will come.Try vibrating higher and good spirits will come and inspire you great thoughts which will give you great feelings.

You can't order evil to get away from you, you have to get your own evil out of you.

  • What incredible lucidity she has in this video. Such insight and understanding. I think some schizophrenics are brilliant.

  • Hey Sarah. Great job explaining this to us all. May God heal your beautiful self.

  • Thank you so much

  • So much self pity. Get over your selves. No im not being mean, i've been through some pretty bad stuff, live life to the fullest. Now get out there and dedicate your self to doing some good. NOW GO, GO, GO

  • @mrmantacos hi ,please do some research about schizophrenia. they have a biochemical imbalance in their brain and cannot just choose to live a better life..it is a tough condition.

  • @mrmantacos You can never be her shoes. Have compassion.

  • GOD I JUST WANT TO HUG YOU AND HOLD YOU AND TELL YOU ITS ALL RIGHT..PLEASE DONT LET THE DEMONS WIN YOU DESERVE SO MUCH MORE...MY DEMOND CAME IN THE FORM OF HEROIN ADDICTION..I TAKE METHADONE EVERYDAY..I LIVE IN A OVERLY MEDICATED STATE BUT IM NOT IN PRISON ..JUST CHAINED TOO A PHARMACY..THANK YOU FOR SHARING..AND STAY STRONG PRETTY LADY

  • @danakulchyski i'm in exactly the same position as you buddy. for some reason, as a heroin addict i sympathise with schizophrenics a lot

  • @Bjarku is that not weird me too..i think it because the h can turn us from good ppl to bad i mean really heartless ppl..so there is like 3 of us..the good me and the sick me and the high me.....i hope you find peace brother

  • Very well said . Hope you feel good .

  • you explained that really good:[

  • Vitamen B3 3 grams a day build your way up from 1 gram to three grams in the course weeks it works wonders.....

  • You're one of my biggest heroes. Seriously. Thank you

  • I love you. I can relate so much to what you said.

  • @bastebevolimja dumb cunt.

  • @cheekychick112233 Dude, what the hell did you say that for? I don't have a religion and I don't go around calling christians cunts. =.= No need to be a bag of douche here.

  • @DoritoWolf You are now officially cool on the internet!

  • @cheekychick112233 what the fuck is ur problem dnt say shit like that religion can light up soo many ppl lives

  • That made total sense to me. I can relate to a lot of it. For me, I think the hardest part is trying to fit in with society when I'm overwhelmed enough trying to deal with myself. So I understand why you're lonely. It's hard when nobody understands (and *at least for me* when you can't even understand yourself). I hope that you're doing well. & I hope that you're enjoying life. No matter how you feel, try to stay positive, because sometimes a positive attitude can take you to wonderful places <3

  • Your description is quite a journey. You were able to take us there, have a look around and come back. Not once did it upset you emotionally, nothing that you expressed. I think you have been working very hard to achieve that. :)

  • The drugs can cause all of these symptoms. Medication has no place in mental illness

  • My mom has schizophrenia it's horrible just wish she was normal. But I will always love her no matter what.x

  • so 185 guys say this is nice, well, it isn't

  • God bless you, i will pray for you, please please call on Jesus Christ He is greater than all of this, i promise. I rebuke those demons from your life in the name of Jesus Christ! Glory be to God, i pray you stay strong, my heart goes out to you <3

  • continuation...

Other than that... I wish you can grow to outshine the medication you're on. It might be worth finding an alternative therapist, someone who works energetically, and someone you trust both on a day-to-day level of interaction as well as intuitive level. You might want to try a craniosacral therapist, who is biodynamically trained. To get more of an understanding on this google Mike Boxhall, or Franklyn Sills and you'll see what I mean, ... well perhaps.

    Good luck!!

  • Dear lovely Sarha,

You give such a wonderful description of exploring the depths of your mind, and your struggle not to drown in them is very tangible. I wish from the bottom of my heart (and the depths of my being) that your light will grow, so you can shine a torch where others fear to tread.

    to be continued

  • everything you said makes sense. I used to live in the darkness and sheltered myself from feeling most of anything but I decided i wanted to live in the light even if feeling hurts sometimes. I try to forget the bad thoughts I have and just be.

  • peace = the space between your thoughts

  • I love the way you describe things. It's quite beautiful.

  • I totally understand what u mean, word to word, really! plz don't get overwhelmed, i have been thru this n recovered (not really, but almost, i still have that feeling of emptiness inside)..but hang on, everything's gonna be alright BY ITSELF..just try n help others in more desperate needs, a big hug frm me :) luv u :))

  • i would marry you.

  • I have suffered from mental Anxiety all my life

From repetitive thoughts to fears and phobias etc etc etc , i can tell you almost countless times i have been depressed because i felt that

I wasn't "NORMAL" and that I "SHOULD" have control over my own mind process's but

no-one is entirely in control , thoughts come and go , some good ,some bad , some have stayed with me for years

My eldest daughter has written something on her wall

    The Darker the Tunnel ,

    The brighter the light

    XXX

  • @ThingsToMakeAnDo

Your right about nobody being completely in control but you make it seem as if you are just a passenger along for the ride and have no control. You should be able to control you thoughts and emotions. Thats what characterizes a healthy individual as opposed to somebody that is "sick".

If you cant control your thoughts or emotions your not in control of your life and should probably be institutionalized. I know i wouldn't want my kids around somebody like that

  • Comment removed

  • @giorgossaris I can understand why you would be predisposed to thinking that if she developed SZ, she might do something similar to what her father did. This really isn't true - there are cases where somebody with SZ has harmed or killed others, but its very rare, especially if you hold that in comparison to the suicide rate of schizophrenics (estimated to be 11-15%). We are not all violent (most of us aren't). You should worry more for your friends well being since you cannot control heredity.

  • Everybody is like a liiving version of a computer, each person has their specific phrases reactions and repeated thought processes. it all starts off noticing details of things other people dont care about, then u start thinking very deeply into things, very deep, to the point ur lost in ur own thought process, you are trying to perseave reality in ur own way not the way society is, but u have much more then one perception,to the point u get lost in never ending thought processing, its lonely

  • Bless you! I didn't find out until I came back from Iraq! It's not easy.........

  • psychosis is like being awake in your worst nightmare. Schizophrenia can and will take you to "dark places". I been in a dark place for 9 months at one point in my life. Now i take meds to not visit those places again.

  • i wish more people were like you, your mind is beautiful and poetic, i think you should post more videos, it would help and educate alot of people. good luck, i hope to see more videos.

  • thanks for posting this. it helps me with my mental illness.

  • The way you explain this is phenominal. It reminds me of a huge acid trip

  • just because she has schizophrenia doesnt mean she doesnt want to have sex... your both dumb

  • Victim - called labeled stuck in themselves not able to cope and get out of illusion and fantazy world of demons and devils

  • my friends schizophrenic, best dude ill ever know. must be hard to deal with that shit DX

  • ur sexy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HAHAHA

  • @1111JackRabbit Get you head out of you ass, idiot. The LAST thing in the world that she is concerned about is sex. She has a serious life-affecting challenge to deal with and she is trying very hard to have some normalcy. Has some fucking empathy or at least some god damn respect. And thank God you're not in her shoes.

  • @ladyfuschia do no her personaly? if u do sorry if u dont up your bitch!

  • @1111JackRabbit Maybe I DO know her! Would it matter? I have known people like her that have been taken advantage of because of their condition, their vulnerability. You look at her and listen to her and all you can say is "Ur sexy!!!"??

That's repulsive! Have some fucking compassion and keep your tiny prick in your pants!

  • Sarha made this video quite a while ago but I just recently found it . Keep on trying to define or explore this menal illness. I sure can't define it. Thanks for the video.

  • I have psychosis... Does that mean I may end up schizophrenic if I don't take my meds?

  • @jackiesmithWHAT Ask your doctor.

  • i had severe trauma as child- so my nerves are shot-i am helped by strict diet that wont cause brain inflammation which starts racing thoughts and deep depression-despair of the world-from severe hypoglycemia and i hate people & isolate myself-book adrenal insufficiency explains trauma & chemical imbalance-i keept trying - so keep hope- take care

  • you are cute, whats your name? :)

  • you are cute, whats your name? :)

  • As a sufferer, I recognize that she sums up Schizophrenia grandly.

  • i once had a skitzo ask me

if everything was everything at the begining of everthing then was every nothing at the beinging of everything?

  • переведите на русский,о чем она говорит?

  • you have amazing insight and discriptive ability. I think it gets easier to choose to think "sanely" as you get older and stay on meds. At least this is what I have found. Thanks for sharing your experience :)

  • i think you should write poetry, if you don't already. your insight is intriguing

  • as my experience, it's like having nightmare... when you're awake. you're so right about narcissistic thing, but in the whole negative way. well what I've tried is to focus to common sense. one practical tip, at times I wear headphone listening nice stuff.

  • Damn, Sarah. I hope you are in a better place. You got some folks on YouTube concerned about you and I noticed at least one is an admitted Troll who refused to be rude and disrespectful in this comment section of your video. This site is overrun with jerks who have bravado because they are behind the Internet. You make a difference.

Good luck to you and I wish you a long and very much happier life. You deserve hugs, smiles, and laughs instead of pain.

  • @chuckula66 completely agreed. schizophrenia is probably maybe the worst mental/physical illness for anyone to have. As for Sarah, god be with you too girl...

  • @chuckula66 i think i might have it idk

  • @chuckula66

I AM BEING RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL IN THE COMMENT SECTION. FUCK YOU SARAH.

  • @modshroom Dude, come suck my dick. Fucken dumbass.

  • Do you ever thank for the people that are schizofrenic have a gift to she what is spritaully on this world

  • She's having a schizophrenia shock right there.....shes trying sooo hard... but shes hearing and seeings things... its soo sad...but she did a good job of focusing on makign the video and ignoring the surrounding hillucniatives.. :)

  • At 2:33 i think you basically nailed the essence of all mental disorders. It's a matter of thinking yourself into these states i believe. Illness or not, we have all thought ourselves into some crazy scenario and brought on some sort of panic or fear based on our own thoughts. Its a matter of keeping busy enough to balance out those thoughts and CHOOSING what lifestyle to lead. Its easy to live in the shadows, but actual life takes place out in the light.

  • Read Carl Jung.

  • Thanks for the vid.

  • Schizophrenia is not a disease and recovery is possible. wildestcolts dot com

  • @PiercingKnight in the developed world, it's about a 25% recovery. The rest of the world has a higher recovery. I think I would have done better had they not given me "Novacane" (novacaine) by Beck.

  • I am a schizophrenic myself, and I can honestly say that Sara knows exactly what she is talking about. I believe she does a perfect job in conveying exactly what the illness is about. Listen and learn from her.

  • i'm a troll. this is one subject I refuse to troll. I hope you're doing well.

  • making fun of schizophrenics is horrible. it puts the sufferer in a living hell that is nothing to make fun of. YA! i think so to!

  • is it just me or is every schizophrenic quite intelligent. it makes me wonder sometimes that these so called "mentally ill" peoplle are being silenced because the government needs to keep us in line and on one train of thought. as usual, once u start talking or thinking against the government or their proposed way of life, it becomes illegal. what made them so fucking right?

  • @buttsecksist you might want to have yourself checked out, no pun intended

  • @jeffa3232 pfft me? i have no intention or harming anyone in any way and i think exactly the same way these people do. so what makes them and me so different. a word. i think you need to think about wat u say before u say so u dont embarrass yourseld any further.

  • @buttsecksist thats right, look up the New World Order, the freemasons, and the illuminati ;)

  • My cousin was diagnosed with schizophrenia just recently. i love this video. you did so well. my heart is with you. god be with you. god is mightier than all evil.

  • @Peanutgallery1996 What about the SUPER devil? if god is mightier than all evil why does he let evil exist?

    Meow.

  • @shanman1345674 evil has to exist so good can be there too. it's like light and darkness. they come together. without the light, there's no shadow and without a shadow there is no light.

  • @SheShattersTheRules That makes so much sense, bro

  • @shanman1345674 thanks. but i'm a sis.

  • @Peanutgallery1996 Are you telling me that you believe in a magical man in the clouds, that grants favors for the living and sees everything you do? You should get yourself checked.

  • Very professionally done. I liked your metaphorical approach; you explained it very nicely. Congrats on a very helpful and honest video!

  • Your "Three Dimensional" metaphor for peoples minds/self is very good. If I was to apply that metaphor to myself; I'd have to say That I know the innermost area. And I know the outermost area. But I don't know what's in between. I'm not really sure of who I am, but I know what I am - and how I am.

I think I'm gonna start thinking metaphorically. It might help.

  • Nice video! I don't believe in the label "evil". Evil is a spiritual label which places someone's actions in a "despicable" sub-genre of bad or difficult to rationalize. Sure, there have been those extreme cases in humanity's history which seem almost unbelievably harsh, but I believe they are the tragic result of environmental/cultural problems mixed with abuse to create a lack of self-purpose and value. Labels only serve to enforce those issues.

  • Thank You for helping us to understand! Your efforts are very much appreciated.

  • thank you sooooo much dear lady, I loved it soo much, and i know its true, all these i saw it in my son......god bless.

  • I can relate to how she thinks so deep. I enjoy listening. I had an anxiety disorder about eight months ago. I can still feel it but I'm mostly in control. I just don't know where I will be later on since I did feel a bit of OCD at during the peek of my anxiety.

All that I know is, many of us can relate. We're like deep in our own minds and could easily block out the world if we wanted to.

  • i was diagnosed with schizotypal "vs." schizoid around age 12 or 13. by age 15 or so they told me schizoaffective. every once in a while they'd change their minds and say bipolar or OCD, or borderline. age 28 to 29 paranoid schizophrenic. now at age schizoaffective. .... blah blah. it's all nonsence. they don't know wtf they're talking about. but ... i will say that people who've these labels have common traits in the way they think.your descriptions of good and evil and mirrors are very good.

  • hot

  • what people dont understand is that you read all this shit in textbooks and think you know everything about the illness and spit it out like you understand but you dont i have lived with schizophrenia for a number of years and am heavily medicated at the end of the day you can close your books and walk away people like us dont have that option we have to live it everyday and everynight with this problem so unless u live with this than u cant judge this person for trying make u understand

  • @xabalba187 kick ass comment. schizophrenia, or any of the more "severe" "mental health illnesses" are like a full time job.

  • @blackp0x No doubt; I'm trying to escape intense mixed bipolar states. It's literally debilitating.

  • This was really excellent, I think...very insightful and helpful. My daughter was diagnosed with schizophrenia a year ago, and is still struggling to accept it. She's currently trying the 'no medication' plan...again. It doesn't seem to be working out too well. I'd love for her to watch this video. Why no new posts?

  • WoW most of the comments on here are very rude. How bout a lil compassion here. This girl is obviously pouring her heart out in her own way here.... Comments like these is alot of whats wrong with this world today.

  • wow.. I must be one of the "nuts" too ..this is all religion... she uses the words "walk in the light" and "demons" ... Its not a lonely place thats just what "they" are telling you.. join the club weeeeee.... fuck em lets have fun with them too. Anything that picks on the weak is a pussy in my mind. And will remain that and I will never give it more than that. Why you? Ask yourself and yourself and your higher power why you get this treatment... Theres ytour answer.

    M.B.C.

  • kinda cute.. i like how the lil pig nose flares at the intense points

  • Thank you.

  • I'm Schizo too. It sucks.

  • @wonderthumb

    no. you're just a nigger.

  • love the use of dante's inferno

  • I think she's full of shit! She doesn't have schizophrenia! Who can maintain a youtube channel and upload vids with schizophrenia? She's just trying to get attention!

  • @jeffkrofd what are you basing that assumption on? Of course a schizophrenic individual could upload videos, it's not some vegetable state of terror and disability,

  • @ofdarknessandlight She was very coherent with what she was saying! People with actual schizophrenic aren't that lucid! Don't be tricked! I fell sorry for people with mental illness, but she's full of shit!

  • @jeffkrofd I don't want to question your knowledge or lack of but schizophrenia doesn't require that you speak nonsense 24/7... what are you basing that on? You see extreme cases but I wouldn't say someone is full of shit cause they can speak for a few minutes on a camera coherently

  • @ofdarknessandlight You could be right and i could be wrong! I'm no expert. But i'm just saying she doesn't exhibit extreme mental disorder! Which is what schizophrenia is! I really think she's faking!

  • @jeffkrofd True but again, I guess schizophrenia is a spectrum of issues, all up to utterly psychotic and detached from reality. It's not an easy illness, maybe doesn't even exist, since it's so broad and collective of all these issues.. faking though? No idea, certainly in touch with reality though to be able to do this..

  • @jeffkrofd of course people with schizophrenia can be this lucid. Not only are there different types of schizophrenia, there are also varying degrees of it. Sure there are commonalities that people with schizophrenia experience but they are also individual experiences. It's more complex than you've made it out to be. I feel offended and angered by your posts. Perhaps you should try and be a little more sensitive before you go shooting off at the mouth about things you don't know.

  • @sockaburra So you think your a clinical psychologist? And you know everything there is to know about mental illness? I don't think you know what your talking about! Schizophrenia can be confused with more mild mental disorders, like Bipolar, Manic depression, even dyslexia! Schizophrenia is a degenerative disorder that makes people lose touch with reality! Why are you offended? I never made fun her!

  • @sockaburra At least i said in my statements that i could be wrong or i could be right! Your just a asshole fuck that thinks you know everything. And don't try to say you have schizophrenia, because you don't! Your probably a dork with depression!

  • so when schizophrenics say they hear voices, do they mean they hear it in their head or as if it were coming from an outside source

  • I bet that varies from one patient to another. Some probably hear it clear as day in their heads and know it wasn't through their ears. Others perhaps don't know for sure.

  • I find it extremely interesting that i understand exactly what you mean. Even though the sentences wouldn't make sense to an english teacher, i can paint a picture and actually get a sense of how it feels to be a schizophrenic. honestly i wish everybody can communicate as you do. It is not as efficient as subject, verb, noun, done; but i like it. I'll use my own metaphore now, the way you speak is like binary, and the way english teachers would speak is like visual basic.

  • I appreciate you posting this.Dont have schizophrenia, but have had a psycotic episodes. My son has schizo.,and a substance abuse problem trying to keep the symptoms at bay, but they never do completely with or without meds. thanks for sharing your experience

  • I feel so sorry for people with schizophrenia I really never knew about this disorder I heard my dad had it. But I'm clear. but my Girlfriend has it. In fact she has allot more then that and I really do love her and its really sad to know she has that or anybody for that matter. but since finding she has it I am very interested in learning about it. like I have some major health problems with my body but this disorder has really caught my eye. I hope they can find a cure

  • It's really important to get the sleep you need. Also excercise will really help you sleep and it also relaxes your mind.Try to get outside when the sun is shining as well and look in a mirror and smile. Love yourself. Focus on things that make you feel good and stay away from immersing yourself in things that bring about the negative thoughts and paranoid delusions. When you wake up tell yourself how wonderful the day is and get busy doing your work or activities, limiting your constant thoughts

  • nice um video um um

  • @JunkJonathan hey look guys, a moron

  • @DrBob1991 Oh uuum i'm sorry um

  • @DrBob1991 I like her nose

  • @romka4567 The voice in my head tells me that if I ever met you in person, id beat you senseless and you would weep.

  • Some good imagery there. Very descriptive.

  • find a peice of you you like, set a goal with it, write the goal down and simply look at it everyday. thoughts manifest. i got was stuck in the deep cellars by having a non dual understanding of things, lead to apathy and depression and schizophrenia. time passed and i was doing nothing because i was fighting a war inside, but i kept my knowledge from the start, dragged it through the misery, never forgetting that where theres dark- theres light just around the corner. my schizo was self made.

  • u r kinda cute

  • excellent

  • When I looked at this persons last log in 10 months ago, I can't help but wonder where they are today. :(

As a person diagnosed with schizoaffective and dissociative disorder and been on disability for over 7 years, I can say I've had some really bizarre memeories I'd repressed. Some of it as if OOBE and time travel. But my therapist won't let me talk about it and he THINKS that that's therapy? WTF? He says to stay present. So I joinned conspiracy forums.

  • @Haleon1018 most people don't realize that schizophrenia can be related to the pineal gland and spontaneous releases of chemicals such as DMT, which isn't surprising seeing as DMT is strongly associated with out of body experiences and time travel (people who smoke dmt experience this along with extreme hallucinations, both audial and visual) have you ever tried 3rd eye chakra meditation? it's suppose give you some control over the way your pineal gland operates and help evenly distribute dmt
