We could be related several generations back, as my great grandmother Bridget was a Gilgunn before she married my great grandfather who was Thomas Gilgun. The family had a farm in Meenkeeragh, and Bridget we think was from Ballyboy. Thomas's mother was Susan Maguire, probably from Cavan.
