There was a huge influx of scab labor from latin america., we were fired and replaced by them. This left my demographic with either being destitute or joining the miltary. Thus far, the restraint and strength of conviction being shown here is impressive. They committed to behaving non-violently and have held to that even when faced with violence. This is messed up. Although my family hasn't been badly affected by the poor economy, and we're decently well off, even we're disgusted by it! And yet people ask me "ew, why do you want to live outside America? We're, like, the best at everything!11!!" And then I hear about this and go, "yeah. Once I'm old enough, I'm so out".
