ah hell i remember this game, i found it on a cheap plug and play rom pack that they were selling at the chula vista mall. seriously i'm a fan of macross but this game sucked so hard, i couldn't get past the 4th level (then again the controller i was using was a psuedo N64 type so that might be why i had so much trouble with this game). my buddy beat it in one go though but he was like unnaturally gifted at the old nes games.

@0428733 technically you can, it is a cyclic game, but you can tell when the game has returned to an advanced version of stage 1. So when i say someone beats a game like that i mean they got to stage 1 advanced.

@daniel8a35 Actually, I started playing it a lot and I'm actually getting pretty good at it, I got to round 8. When I died I was almost in tears.

@xlaleclx hold A then push up to activate GERWALK mode, it makes the game much easier.

@ChexGuy331 Takes way too long in Gerwalk or Batroid, I can get to like level 6 without leaving fighter mode.

@xlaleclx eh, I hate fighter mode because the vertical movement is way too slow. GERWALK is kind of in the middle, so I use it the most.

de hecho este juego venia en el cartucho 14 in one, en ese casette estaba tambien bomberman, las dos partes de circus charlie, bomberman y creo que supermariobros1, pero yo tenia el de 22 in one, en este cartucho desafortunadamente no venia macross que me parecia un uego fantastico, pero habia otros excelentes, como el de popeye, ice climber, y uno de kung fu al estilo street fighter, no recuerdo el nombre, pero era muy bueno
