He was not himself because to be himself he would have to be loaded on opiates. That what happens when you become an addict. Especially with opiates. And its show physically and mentally here. So we are seeing the real Kurt, but not the one we and he himself have come to know. Ironic.

Tv show called "Tunnel". Rai Tre. I was 17. A big show, big emotions for me. I couldn't believe that Nirvana were playing in my country that night. First time that I see Nirvana playing. No Internet in 94. The guy after the first song is "Lorenzo". Very funny. He says stupid things that Nirvana didn't understand. The second performance was after the suicide. Rehearsal of Dumb on the screen in Piazza San Giovanni, Rome. 1st May. At 6.53 there's an audio problem or something. Not good for Tv show.
