aaah,gives around from 25 fps to 30,28 :D

Never put the Shadow Density on 16 or 1, because its reduce the fps from 15(example) to 9 ):

Shadow Density 0 and view distance its the key for better fps.

hi , guy i gonna give you a advice, put you resolution on 1024x 768, you probabily will get a better peformance, becouse this card is a lowend, and if you see in some rewiw of it you will see that it work better in this resolution, give it a try :) enjoy

the only problem is the lag,if u update the video card drivers,will not give you more problems :D

what brand is your 4670? i usualy Geforce user as i know most ATI cards are easily broken @_@' but when it comes to gaming performance ATI can handle best

you get same FPS or 2-3 more if you put reflection quality on medium or high :D but medium or high reflection have no difference. i get a sick fps but is playable :D sorry for bad english.

Its lagging a little bit but without frpas it isnt ;) i know :-) I have a Gigabyte Geforce GTS 250 (Its a High end videocard) but i still lag a lil bit with fraps, fraps sux :-)

yes its lagging,when explosions happen dont causes lag,i put all on medium and stil lagging =(

GTA IV dont requires so much video card to play in high,just a mega super processor :D on a HD 4670 and core i7 or quad core,i dont think will causes lag :)

i will get the GTS 250 soon :D

It is the videocard thats lagging, because i have quadcore buy ill lag sometimes, my videocard dont have a high FPS rate, ill tell you one thing, dont buy the GTS 250 because it has a very low fps rate but a Nvidea Geforce 9800GTX+ its exacly the same but another brand name but it has a higher fps rate ;)

my processor for this game i dont think is so good to run this game...GTA IV requires quad core or more to run this game,or you never will run smoothely =/
