Dude, I quit CIGARS(after almost ten tears!) cold turkey right at the end of November. I got bronchitis 2 months in a row then had a cold, and finally ended with pnuemomia just last week. To quote Monty Python - "I got better." I couldn't give up the coffee. You'll be fine. just occupy yourself with something else.

Congratulations on cutting back! I quit smoking about 2 years ago after having smoked for around 8 and, I have to say, I think about it every day. If not every day, then just about. Unfortunately, that is a bit common and won't stop for you, but it's more of an annoyance than anything.

I recently cut down on coffee as well, so I imagine your days are filled with a lot of sleepiness and peaks of irritation. For health!
