Thanks for helping me understand. Nice drill. Do you do ant drills that help you get into trapping range or even take down range?

Why do you start with chi sao and then break and throw punches? Is this supposed to be sticky hands training or just pattycake drills? Or is it sparring? Thanks for sharing

hi, the orange shirt guy is good! he focussing on offensive. the other guy is also good, but too defensive. should train on your lat sau jic chung and attack whenever there's a gap. cheers
