This is awesome and I would like to build something similar. So im a little confused can it drive and move the bucket at the same time? And are you using one joystick to move the bucket and one to control the movement (like a newer skid steer) or is it like a lawnmower/older skid steer loader controls?
@foxbro2012 I am using two double acting cylider valves on each side of the loader. The outside two operate the wheel motors respectively (left one left motor-right one right motor). The inside two operate the lift and bucket tilt. The wheels can be operated at the same time and the bucket controls can be operated at the same time. The two hydraulic valve blocks are seperated by a dividing valve.
I love the design! Though I'd put some sort of ROP on it. Those bushing are a great idea! I have a 30' equipment trailer I'm thinking of putting a side dump box on. That would work great with those bushings.

The motors are 11.85 gpm Dynamic motors and the pump is a 2 stage Haldex.
