  • The whole talk about cholesterol and saturated fat is really ignorant. She needs to do her research on how these things, from good sources, react in your body. Omg, eggs have cholesterol - read about it before you say ignorant things like that. I was on Atkins eating many eggs a day and lowered my cholesterol from 265 to 148 within only two months. Eggs are one of natures perfect foods. These junk soy foods are hurting people's hormones but she over-promotes them.

  • @tolljat Thank you, I wish "soy, soy, soy" wasn't so promoted for vegans and vegetarians. Many people can't handle soy, and sadly soy in some form is in everything (many vegan whole grain breads for instance). Soy can be great for some people, but not everyone. If you have thyroid issues, (if you're male), if you have ovarian cysts, fibroids you might want to limit soy.

  • @natyanayaki Agreed. Soy is terrible for you because it mimiks estrogen in the body. You can still be very unhealthy by eating these vegan alternatives and junk foods that they sell and promote as healthy because it's meat-free. Soy = terrible.

  • They hit the mother load.

  • The wife looks so much better! Good for them :)
