axelf020469 I'm a new Fan. Love your playing. Can I ask you what Play-Along your using for the back up music? if it's Jammy Aberslod, Can you till me witch Vol. it is.
@f6f6: Hi John, yes, it's a Jamey Aebershold playalong. There are two versions of Alone together: Vol. 41 in D minor and Vol. 107 in A minor. Here I used the last one in A minor. Keep swinging - Axel
Hi, wonderful playing. Ar eyou playing with flats or rounds? Gauge? Did you leave the original pickups? I´m feeling them a bit sterile...maybe it´s me haha.
@axelf020469 You have a beautiful sound in this clip. Of course your playing has a lot to do with that and I congratulate you for it. It`s to note that you don`t seem to loose sustain because of the flat strings, I don`t have access to Tomastiks over here....
Hi, very nice!!! I have just bought a 2001 JSM and feel it`s a very bright instrument. How are you getting that smooth sound? Are you stringing with flatwound strings? Which gauge? Are you using it with the original pickups or you changed them? Regards.
