Haven't been working on this bike though in theory, it only needs a couple of things.

I did finish converting an electric scooter to gas, though. Theres a thread on the project section of the forums.

@scrapkilla321 Yea, the motor runs, I put the gas tank on the frame instead of on the forks. I'm goin to do a belt tension clutch like you said I've just gotta get a eBay gift card and order some parts.

you could just put the set screw in the hole with lock tight or you could cut the key in half and stick it in there with the set screw or you could make it really tight like i do cause i don't have lock tight

Thanks man, some one on diygokarts suggested this to me

"you may have to put a piece in the jackshaft, mark the edge of the shaft, and grind the key to fit your sprocket. the dremel will work for this."

so I'll try that first
