You can go to jail for withholding collateral, you have to remember that if you are making payments you do not own whatever it is and rather the bank owns it. And could end up with auto theft or larceny charge.

RR I love your stuff Unlike Operation Repo... I am currently a tow truck driver in texas. but the company I work for does not do repos. If someone would want to venture off on there own where would be the first place to get started other then getting the truck and lift. I have my CT license is there any other licensing you need?

no, you can't go to jail for failure to pay a debt. You are supposed to pay for the difference that you owe+lawyer+repo fees-the amount the car gets at auction. They will set a court date and put a judgment against you. Maybe garnish your wages after a while.

Oh yes... goose neck trailer ball there. It is offset a bit from the center but works fine to grab trailers or even some 5th wheels that have been converted to gooseneck hitches! Thanks for watching and the comments! RR

Hey truckman most of the newer vehs are still okay condition inside but some are full of trash (you know food bags and garbage). Every now and then one smells so bad with our heat in the summer you can smell it standing near the vehicle with the windows up! Like used diapers... SICK.. How goes it EddyT? Canada huh? I have quite a bit of tubers there! Your answers are, most all pay the same. Real high dollar there is higher payout offered by some clients. And there is more for mileage (if not local) and for special investigation work (stakeouts and skipping). Overhead is pretty high in this business considering when I skipped for many years from home I only had web and phone and a few databases. It works though... Thanks for hollering at me man!!
