There are several Vietnamese students who are killed in Russia and many beaten already. Most of young Vietnamese people now don't like Russia. They don't even know how close the two country used to be.
Vietnamese government now is a fucking bunch of corrupt and greedy people who have no shame in calling themselves communists.
By the way, beside Russia I also love France very much. I listen to a lot of old French music and I hope someday I will be able to visit France !
Awful, I know. Russia basically went from the most non-racist country in the world to a neo-nazi shithole that it is now. All thanks to our quasi-fascist government that doesn`t even have a policy in regards to the upbringing of children and youth who are slowly being turned into retards by Russian TV and its propaganda of wrong values.
very beautyful song from our russian friends. With all respect,i will honour all russian soldiers who smelled the Norwegian air in 1945. ottar jorgensen.
My imagination, or does the bald guy at 2.16 expect to join in, or take over? Perhaps he signede a non-agression pact with Ustinov, but, like a redoubtable Slav, he kept his word.
I was close. I thought it was about a young man losing everything he had to the war but he still has to keep fighting and his friends have to keep on fighting too.
I did not mean any disrespect by calling him an old man. He just reminds me of my fathr and I loved abd respected my father very much and I miss him.
It makes me want to cry --and to hug him and tell him how much I appreciated his service and his sacrifices and how much I don't want another WWII and I don't want them to hate me and I don't want to hate them! Because all of us who have been under gunfire understand his feelings so well! His emotion I understand, I wish I knew the words! His song is beautiful. It touches the innermost heart!
This "old soviet officer" is one of the greatest Soviet krooners ever - Leonid Utesov. He sings about the Red Fleet's retreat from Sevastopol in 1941, a sad song about dying sailor, holding a stone from his motherland.
He has a wonderful voice, incredible, aged perfectly! Not bad for a KGB. These men remind me of my late father who also earned medals in WWII.He sang too.
How can you hate war heroes who remind you of family?????? And would kill me!
Только вот мне, например не нравится название ролика. Выглядит несколько пренебрежительно. Если автор названия песни не знает, то хотя бы написал "Леонид Осипович Утёсов и т.д."

The weakest point in communism is that it is so vulnerable to abuse of power. Pity of course.

We Vietnamese used to love u Russian so much...
But why, you let those fascists beaten and killed our students constantly.....Didn't your fathers fight to destroy fascism ?
But, after all, I still treasure these beautiful Soviet music... Just to remember about the beautiful CCCP.

Beautiful but very sad song ("Zavetnyy Kamen")from the "War Songs".
See also famous Russian baritone Dmitri Hvorostosky's fabulous job on this song on Youtube, although this rendition here is really quite special.

This is famous singer Utyosov singing for the veterans. That's why everybody but him is wearing uniform.
