Don't make me laugh. The most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. The US intervention in Haiti was nothing less than an abduction of a demonized, but democratic leader, and the slaughter of his supporters.
Aristide was a populist candidate who was chosen by -- the US intervension was taken in order to prevent democracy in Haiti and force it to return to neoliberal policies. Clinton, after three years of US imposed nightmarish state terror and violence, allowed Aristide to return because he was made powerless.
You rarely even hear this point from the Democrats. We (libertarians) are about the only ones who ever say this. This question does more than satisfy the niave young voter whos against the war because his TV tells him so but adresses the issue of Whether or nhot we should be involved in other countries poltics because we disagree or they violate human rights (like Saddam did).
I wouldn't call Iraq a "fiasco"...god sakes..also, hilary is not the one to ask..hell, are ANY of the candidates any good? they don't look fit for the job of president and shouldn't quit their political days jobs..

Yeah, one of the candidates is worth his weight, and that's Ron Paul.
He's the only one who at least tells us what he really thinks. The rest just tell us what they think we want to hear.
