It is very bitter so mix it with juice because it needs vitamin C to work best and if you use flaxseed oil with it even better. If you are going to braid up your hair this is even better cause you can gauge. Your hair will grow faster and smoother as it relaxes the hair. MSM also helps over all, get toxins out of the body from the cell level excellent stuff!
