Umm, it's "Sunnah", spelled that way almost every time I've seen it spelled in English, and pronounced that way as well. Somehow, that makes me think that you might not really know all that much about Islam yet, but perhaps that's jumping to a conclusion. In any case, Sunnah is secondary to the Qur'an, and any Sunnah that contradicts the Qur'an is considered to be inauthentic. And there are many Muslims praying 5 times a day and working, it's possible. Just ask them how.

Islam is more authentic in that it hasn't been corrupted by centuries of meddling by the RCC, there aren't any clear contradictions (as per Paul's teaching vs. Jesus'), the scripture is in the exact same condition as it was 1400 years ago, and hypocrisy isn't nearly as prevalent as you'll find with Christians. Note these don't include deviated sects.
