@MELONMOVIES i had to show the stairs because you just can't imagine how steep they are! the music is alanis morissette, uninvited.... fantastic track.

@MELONMOVIES the stairs go up two levels...kind of. there is a window/opening halfway up the staircase and it just kind of appears in front of you. the same happens at the very top, there are no real walkways, just open windows that lead to nowhere. the one thing you need to be sure you have even in the middle of the day is a good torch... no matter how light it is outside, those stairs are pitch black
me and two mates decided that one saturday after work as something to do we would cycle from Enfield to this church it was a waste of time we stayed untill it was dark just after midnight and encounterd nothing. The stairs are climable but not recommend if you have big feet like me as they must be only a few inches wide with a pole going right through the middle near the top....
@vampypink lol, we might try again later on in the year near christmas see if anything comes up but i think most of it is like most things, just stories.
@SILLYBILLY165 we didn't get anything either, i think it's more about the settings.. old church ruins in the middle of a field surrounded by some tree's and grave stones. it sounds like the setting to an 80's horror movie, but the reality is far less scary
@WeeeWriter oh believe me, i did my investigations, went into all the history of the church and we found nothing there but urban myth. in fact there is no documented proof of this place actually having any activity, just hearsay. if you look up my video on woodchester mansion you'll find less music, more serious investigation and proof of activity on tape
@vampypink Don't get me wrong, your video was very entertaining. I know people get many vulgar and cruel comments on here for no reason. Some people are just that way. I guess I'm just use to Constantine's investigations and other paranormal investigators where they leave the music at a minimum so the viewers can actually try to feel around with their senses as well. This video and the music and laughter was just too distracting to feel the beautiful church.
@sixvixsix get into Thundridge itself and onto cold christmas lane. there are a few houses and when you get to the end of them there's an overpass...if you're driving you need to park up before the overpass at the end of the row of houses. walk over the overpass and on the left is an old gate and a small pathway, walk down that path to the end, should take 5 or 10 mins. when you get to the end there will be another gate in front of you and the path will turn to the right... stay on the path.

I went there yesterday. Didnt see anything particularly unusual, but there was a big circle dug into the ground inside the tower. Pretty awesome place.

My gran used to live in wadesmill and when i was a child used to go for walks past the church . on one occasion i saw what looked like an owl man looking from behind one of the graves . will never forget it .
went there today, well evening, had to use to the torch and phone light, went up the stair well, pretty tight. but its blocked off near the top, so you cant get right up there. once you get as far as you can the side of the wall by the stairs isnt there, its just a drop to the bottom, a bit like the window bit you pass at first. cool little place tho. got me out and about :D

honestly, when you get in there its dark, but when you go up the staircase its pitch black, so take a torch because at the top of that staircase is a ledge that you're not gonna see without some kinda light and if you dont see it, its one hell of a drop off.
look for the butterflies on the underside of the stairs as well.
its creepier outside of the church than inside, you'll see what i mean if you go.

@sixvixsix get into Thundridge itself and onto cold christmas lane. there are a few houses and when you get to the end of them there's an overpass...if you're driving you need to park up before the overpass at the end of the row of houses. walk over the overpass and on the left is an old gate and a small pathway, walk down that path to the end, should take 5 or 10 mins. when you get to the end there will be another gate in front of you and the path will turn to the right... stay on the path.
