Ok first of all the video is by law public property so anyone who wants to can request it, post it, or otherwise broadcast it as they see fit. Secondly he is not having a panic attack, he is hallucinating and was punching the floor of his cell and in danger of harming himself preceding his being restrained. The jail has trained medical staff on hand so that they do not have to transport potentially dangerous inmates to a non-secure hospital for anything short of surgery! Know the whole story.

My only comment on that is pay your child support and you won't go to jail you deadbeat. I'm not here to argue with anyone, all I am trying to do is get people to look past the skewed view of the media and believe for once that people actually do their jobs properly and somtimes bad........

Ok ok I'm catching a lot of flack here. For the record I do not work for that jail or any other facility of that type. I am self employed. I know the WHOLE story because I know people who were there. I am not free to tell the whole story because there is an ongoing lawsuit. I don't have any reason to lie about this so I'm asking you to trust me. He was restrained for his own protection as any other phych patient would be in a hospital setting. .........

@Annabelle682 FUCK WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT CONCERNING SEAN! BTTM LINE NO ONE INCARCERATED OR NOT DESERVES TO BE DENIED PROMPT MEDICAL / PSYCHIATRIC CARE AND BE DENIED THEIR PRESCRIBED MEDICATION. SEAN WAS ON THE ANTI ANXIETY DRUG XANAX FOR HIS ANXIETY DISORDER - A PSYCHIATRIC DISORDER. YES PEOPLE OF COLOR WHO DON'T APPEAR TO ALSO CAN HAVE A MENTAL ILLNESS. I DO AND HAVE TAKEN THAT SAME DRUG. HE WENT INTO A PSYCHOTIC EPISODE AS A RESULT OF MEDICATION DENIAL BY THE JAIL . THIS IS 6 DAYS OFF!

Annabelle, the trained medical staff that you mention could not prevent this death from happening.He should have been taken to a medical facility .The whole store has been told and shown, This was a senseless death that should not have happened.I guess its ok since it wasn't one of your family members.How do you deprive a person of their medication?

SHE WOULDN'T UNDERSTAND UNLESS YOU THREW HER IN A CELL AND SHE BEGAN TO SLIP INTO A DIABETIC COMA IF SHE WERE A DIABETIC COZ THE JAIL MEDICAL STAFF DENIED HER MEDICATION TO HER, THAT IS A SOULLESS BITCH. IT'S ALL TO CLEAR THAT SOMETHING IS TERRIBLY WRONG HERE AND EVEN A PERSON W/O TRAINING IN TREATING PSYCHIATRIC PATIENTS COULD SEE. Ok first of all the video is by law public property so anyone who wants to can request it, post it, or otherwise broadcast it as they see fit. Secondly he is not having a panic attack, he is hallucinating and was punching the floor of his cell and in danger of harming himself preceding his being restrained. The jail has trained medical staff on hand so that they do not have to transport potentially dangerous inmates to a non-secure hospital for anything short of surgery! Know the whole story.

This was a Dam shame to see this I wanted to cry,They let him have this panic attack with no medical attention, why restrain him? Take him to the hospital, They just let him die, It didnt have to happen like that.
