If you're going to go international at least attempt to learn the language. Everyone doesn't speak English. I'm glad you had a great time. It just really offends me when people think everyone has to speak English. That is the same as someone from Mexico coming to America and demanding you speak spanish if you speak to them. I agree with the first half. I'm Mexican and I love to travel, thanks to that (and the fact that I love to learn) I speak 5 languages. As for the second part, I really haven't met any people from Mexico who come to America and 'demand' they be spoken to in Spanish. And I know ALOT of Mexicans who live in the U.S. and don't speak English. But I partly do agree with you.
Did exactly that journey last February. It's GLORIOUS when everything's white with deep snow.
