a few days ago i was told i was ready to throw my handspring by myself but i was scared out of my mind and i didnt trust myself to do it. another instructor who was watching me and my instructor yelled at me to do it and i just became really overwhelmed and wasnt able to do it, even though i know that my body knows what to do perfectly! i left feeling really upset with myself and annoyed for not doing it, so tomorrow i will do it at practice. this video helped a lot, ill try these techniques!:)
@CoachFrank203 If you do a tuck one, could you include how you should spot a tuck? Coach's qualifications are all well and good, but they're not the most 'hands on' courses in the world and they don't really have on-going support for coaches once we're qualified.
@MomentumToni I hadnt thought about that but I will definitely try, I would have to have someone to spot that doesnt mind being on youtube, but that might save me some injury in demoing all these skills myself, lol. great idea, thanks for the comment :]
