  • Peanut butter in Asian cooking is more Thai or Southeastern Asia. You normally don't find that in Korean or Japanese traditional dishes. You're doing really well with these cooking vids. I'm always looking for inspiration and you've definitely inspired me. ☺

  • @VivianRinSC Yeah it is more thai....I'm not sure what I actually said....and I posted a lot of cooking vids when I was getting rid of the gnats that had invaded my house. i couldn't do any indoor gardening ;)

  • We use pine apple to tenderise steak, so those rib you were marinating must have come out very tender.

    I also add two or three cabage leafs to the boiling ribs. It gives them some more taste. Strangely enough it's not a cabage taste.

  • You're right pineapple juice breaks down proteins I think....and cabbage!? worth trying I guess =)
