  • I have dumbells at home where I can unscrew the sides, and put more weight on, but it takes like half a minute which is to long to wait sometimes, so i'll go to the gym to use their racks of dumbells which I don't have at home.

  • @MultiMan120 Also, to make your videos better. Check out some of the videos of human weapon on youtube which only show the motions of attacks the karate artists use. So in comparison I think you should make a seperate section, or channel showing only the motions of certain exercises. Hope I helped, and I like watching your videos :D

    Deppends on what you're eatting as well. Some foods will make you gain a lot of muscle, and some will promote LEAN muscle as oposed to bulk lol

  • @pitalovesmusic It's repetitions. It's the number of time you should do the 'movement'. For example, in this video, you're supposed to do 3 series of 20 reps.

  • @MarieLyse87 does three series of 20 reps mean you do the whole entire workout 3 times in a row?

  • @tayjessrandom What I can understand from the video, is that you do every move '20 reps' once... and then after you've done every move once, you do the entire work out 2 more times... I'm definitely not an expert but... I hope this will help you! :)

  • I just came out of a serious cervical (spine/nerve) injury, tendonitis, spasmed trapezius, AC joint and rotator cuff injuries. I did this tonight along with a 3lb 120rep dumbell matrix workout that physical therapy created. As simple as it is you'll tire yourself out quickly. I'd add that just because I'm man doesn't mean I have added any mass in the last 10 years even though I try hard.

  • My bro just pointed out that my dumbells are 1.5kgs and I thought they were 1.5lbs all along! Not as weak as I thought I was at least. Just did this exercise routine again. Think I can already see more definition in my deltoids =) I do different exercise vids at home in like a playlist in addition to running as I can't afford the gym right now.

  • Man I just did this and I defo need to get me some more arm strength. Can defo feel it working - Can't wait 'till I can see a difference in a few weeks.

  • I love workout videos! But I'm to lazy to workout.

  • I work out at the gym and I use a machine to work on my triceps and for the rest of my upper body I use free weights and I use different sets of weights for each set and I do as many as I can(until I can't do it anymore).I start on the heaviest weights first then I decrease the weight as I go,but I do more reps on the smaller weight. I lift use anywhere from 5lb to 15lb weights.

  • This looks like an amazing workout. I am one of those girls that are scared of getting big for using weights.

  • I have no dumballs.. I use water bottles, then you can easily regulate the weight as you want :)

  • I tried 20 20 with 1,5 kg dumbell it was heavy lol and my ribcage..somehow I felt it..ithurts as if I did 100x crunches lol... I don't go to the gym..

  • LOL I started off fine, doing the 20 reps.. was only able to do 15 for the back arm circles.. then only 10. Tried to throw in the rest of the moves and maybe got 5 reps each? 5lb weights, with 0 upper body strength = ouchhhh.

  • @zzhunnybee You won't get bulky with five lb dumbbells. You probably wouldn't even get bulky with 30lb dumbbells as a girl. We don't have as much testosterone in our bodies like men do, which is one of the key ingredients in "bulking up". So don't worry about it, just be healthy!

  • @zzhunnybee You will NOT get bulky using 5 lbs! Trust me. You will not ever get bulky using 5 lbs. You would need to lift daily, on split routine with a High Protein diet and a personal trainer who know what they are doing to even remotely look bulkey which you will not unless it's in your genes. I have the skinniest woman at my gym who does walking lunges with 25 lbs in each hand. She is TINY, not bulky AT ALL!

  • @fatchicklosingweight generally you shouldn't do weight training more than 3 days a week, I think!

  • @fatchicklosingweight I would take a day off in between body parts. You can strength train every day but don't do full body, do a split routine or just do it every other day. Your arms show results quicker than the rest of your body typically.

  • love working out to your videos, and yes I use 5 pounds weights, I workout from home, being a stay at home mother, it is more cost efficient for me this way and it also allows my two daughters to see me taking care of myslef, I am soo happy I have subbed to your videos, thank you for doing what you do.
