if you wanna feel the squeeze do some flys or crossovers....pressing movement only works(unless u r trying to shock ur body by going high reps) if you use some heavy ass weight...c'mon brah, I know you can push alot more on the decline..:D...forget the rotation..go 3/4s of the way up and then come back down again...:)
you keep thinking and saying that you could do more weight. you need to remember that the weight is just a tool. the weight doesnt matter. the real question is, am i feeling muscle or part im supose to be feeling? then adjust the weight aprropriate for it. oh one more thing you have to eat till yu throw up on every meal.... good food though.. .alot!!!!!!!! suplements dont give u muslce, dont use pre workout it hypes too much and not lets u think clearly.

Will definitely try out the slow control movements on the negatives on my next workouts. Can you film some of your legs workout broski? I'm looking for more exercises to hit my hamstrings.
solid form on incline other than your wrists bro, try keeping them parallel with your arms all the way through the movement. otherwise once you actually put on some really heavy weight for like 5-8 reps or whatever you're going to snap them man. Pressing movements you don't want the weight on your wrists, that's just asking for an injury but good video keep it up bro.
