Jim had lots of trucking songs, as well as some hilarious stories he told, from his days as a long-haul trucker. One story I heard him tell was about truckers & amphetamine use: A lot of big-rig drivers would keep 3 or 4 THOUSAND "greenies" under the driver's seat, & would say: "I don't ever TAKE 'em, I just keep 'em there, in case I need 'em!"
He was just as great a storyteller as singer, which explains why so many of his songs tell such interesting stories.
Another great truckin song from Jimbo but the crazy pill poppin Speedball Tucker gets the nod.
