I agree with Stanley I believe it's him and the other co founder/creator of parkour is Sebastian Foucan. I'm a freerunner myself and these guys are my idols. and to Asault, it's actually not that hard it's about technique more than anything else just try it it's really fun and a great way to exercise I lost 2 stone when I first started you just need the right motivation to do it. Just get some of your friends together and start practicing start with some basic vaults to get used to it first.
