Picking up a 200lb Sun Fish, Mola Mola found swimming on the beaches in 15' of water

Found 3 off of Port Canaveral ,all about 1,000lbs......one started sucking on the Skeg of our Outboard........Very Cool to swim with !!!

I've never seen one of those in Florida's waters. I'd have flipped out if I caught that on the yak.

They get like 3,000 lbs! Usually are found well offshore but this guy was near the beach up there in Destin, Fl. while I was fishing for cobia this spring.

@scssam How is it that I never even heard of those beasts? lol... my head was swimming with dreams of snook, cobia, and reds me thinks.

@zbinford I don't believe so.. we came out of the past and headed west. It was right after the pier.
