Hi. Great video and great process here. I do wonder about the brief ... I can't help thinking that the production of new controllers is a very expensive and time consuming solution to the problem. Would you be able to give more info on the sorts of issues faced by users? I wonder if a simple diagram showing how to use the controller or a big red sticker pointing to play on the existing controller would suffice? Would love to hear more about this.
