It is such a pleasure to hear and see Made Wijaya explain about the history of Balinese water gardens especially after reading his many wonderful books on the subject. He is one of the most important artist in tropical landscape architecture along with Burle Marx. Reading and seeing photos of the gardens he has created has inspired me and many others to plant tropical gardens in the Wijaya-Balinese style.
