  • Hi Kerri, I have one question. Is your project only designed for non-violent offenders? If so, why not offer something for the violent offenders and sex offenders. Violent offenders and sex offenders have the highest rate of recidivism. Being both a sex offender and violent offender, I feel this is because society doesn't want to give these people the second and sometimes third chance.
