Once again, the game is a what if so whatever side you choose you'll be able to play as all the characters in the game with exception of Captain America/Luke Cage if you choose Pro, and Iron Man/Mr. Fantastic if you choose Anti. So to answer your question, it doesn't matter what side you choose, you'll be able to play as her.

No she is not, she is one of the few that is locked on pro Ironman, Mr. Fantastic and Songbird are locked on pro. Cap, Cage and Iron fist are locked on anti and thats from the website and also a man working on the game also said some people are locked on pro and anti (songbird is locked on pro) now she might be playable after you beat the game but no one has released that information (I hope she is playable after you beat the game) but we dont know if you dont believe me go to the website

On the website the characters that are locked have just pro tabs not pro and anti tabs and I have seen that video but thats right before characters are locked on anti or pro but hopefully once you beat the game she can be played as anto but if not its ok

According to the comics songbird is supposed to be on Iron Man's Pro Reg side. But, in the game you can choose which side to be on with any character besides Iron Man and Cap.
