@RobbieAndPhoebe i no the feeling but hypnosis is proven to work. the mistake i made was expecting instant results, approach hypnosis like you would meditation you need to be comfortable, relaxed and in an open, receptive state of mind (as you sit/lay in a comfortable position think of all the good things in your life). unfortunatley to see its true effects it takes a lot of practice and patience.
