First they make it look like republicans were the cause of the recession (which of course was set off by bad legislation by a democrat controlled congress in 2006, and refusal to regulate Fannie and Freddie)

And even when they win everything, they still find a way to make the republicans sink lower. They are setting themselves up for failure with lofty expectations and policies that have been proven to not work.

wow wow wow wow wow. its the exact opposite. dems had an extremely minor majority in congress and all of their major decisions were stopped by fillibuster from the republican party, so essentially no important legislation got through during those 2 years. And what you said about fannie and freddie is exactly the opposite of reality. dems WANT to regulate companies, its republicans that want to leave them alone. Democrats are for regulation which is why Reps stupidly call them socialist.

Also in your last paragraph you say democratic policies havent been proven, I completely disagree. what democratic policy hasnt worked before? our health care is partially based off the extremely succesful plans in europe, are foreign policy has been far more effective than that of the republicans. Who was the only pres in the last 40years to balance the budget? it was bill clinton. Dems policies are across the board far superior than the republicans
