If Harry AA would drop about 20lbs of muscle, he's be sub 10. Though he looks great, he is almost cursed with too much muscle. Thin is in for the 100m, but he should try for the NFL.
@joonasluik first, in muscle ups you do not pull completely verticaly as in regular pull ups as you would just hit your chest on the bar, there is some horizontal movement also and a small pre-swing puts you in a better position for that. second, muscle ups are a ballistic exercises in which using the stretch-reflex of the muscles is acceptable and advisable. third, it's just the way the exercise is done; would ask why is there an eecentric portion on squats and why not do them from deadstop??

I heard personal trainers say that squating below parallel is bad for your knees. That statement and many others are a sign that those who have the title of "personal trainer" can be extremely ignorant too.
only time i see fast guys this muscly is when they are on roids. eg tim montgomery, justin gatlin, ben johnson and dwain chaimbers when they were doping. but they were alot faster than he is. however some nfl guys are this muscular and are just as fast as him so its not impossible however they need to bulk to take hits he doesnt. he should lose some muscle maybe half a stone. he is very heavy for a sprinter
there's another sprinter called Yohan blake who's running sub 10's at the age of 19 lol. He's also extremely muscley (he was recently banned last year for taking a band substance, a mild stimulant) but this guy seems to be the biggest i've seen at such a young age. Harry was 19 when this video was taken and he's a lot stronger now.
ye blake is big but he isnt quite bulky. more shredded and big than bulky. kinda like asafa powell. this guy is so bulky now. he is way bigger than in this video it seems crazy
