I thought season 6 was the low point of Scrubs. It turned into musicals and clip shows and slapstick falling-over humour, which made large chunks of it uninteresting to me. Season 8 made it all right again though :)

I would rate Scrubs better than Friends, Office, Two and half men, House and all other so called comedy shows. Scrubs was more than just a comedy show, it tackled complex topics that even some of the most serious shows on television couldnt, I wish it could last for more seasons but had alas had to be taken off bcos intelligent shows are not appreciated enough in USA, wish they bring back scrubs.
