ahhhh omg my favourite ramen place is this dodgy looking place near my uni! all the famous chefs loooooove it, they literally simmer like 60kg of pork bones each day with no salt or msg or anything, literally just bones and water until it becomes this thick, creamy, collagenny soup!!!! And the eggs are beaaaautiful, perfectly soft boiled ahhhh! and the pork has the perfect fatty ribbons though it!! hahaha i'm way too enthusiastic about food!!!! looks like my lunch is set for tomorrow :D
