Hi hi! Have you tried - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some decent things about it and my mate got detailed Six pack abs and lost a truck load of of belly fat with it.
This guy is teaching improper embryonic breathing. The problem is the belly isn't being pushed out or filled up. Yes, the belly is supposed to be relaxed but the air goes into your lungs not your belly.
I know there will be naysayers but it is vital unless you want to develop a pot belly after a lot of practice.
Just relax the midsection but fill the lungs. When breathing it it is then okay to lightly push the belly in to help expel the CO2 from your lungs.

it's good to teach this kind of breath exercices, but we must know that each individual has his proper way of functioning
in my case I feel better if I use also my chest, not only the abdomen!
