    in my case I feel better if I use also my chest, not only the abdomen!

  • I can not see the belly , the subtitles are in the way

  • This guy is teaching improper embryonic breathing. The problem is the belly isn't being pushed out or filled up. Yes, the belly is supposed to be relaxed but the air goes into your lungs not your belly.

    I know there will be naysayers but it is vital unless you want to develop a pot belly after a lot of practice.

    Just relax the midsection but fill the lungs. When breathing it it is then okay to lightly push the belly in to help expel the CO2 from your lungs.

    Lungs breathe. Not bellies.
