  • i bet the guys got wasted here

  • "What? No way!" lol

Well, IC Kobe IS the "Prince of pasta" ^_^'. If you notice most of his battles, he usually makes a ravioli (or makes something that he stuffs in pasta), so no surprise there.

As far as preparing tuna, they should make something like a peppered tuna steak, which is rare on the inside; then make something like a reduced red wine sauce. Tuna is always good if you don't overcook it. Some kind of sushi or sashimi would've been nice also :)

  • My GOD, I am SO hungry after watching this! So many tasty ingredients, so many variations... FANTASTIC!

  • Now, if Kobe had trained in Southern Italian cooking, he would have won; Sicily, Calabria, Sardenia are the best places for fish in Italy.

  • "I'm going to use a bold Italian red wine, perhaps one from 1990." "All right, Italian red, I would guess." Why should Fukui-san have to guess? Ohta just told him!

  • It's going to be quite a challenge to pair the different food creations with wine. So many wines from so many regions create so many flavors...I'm excited for this battle!

  • "Tuna and Chocolate Milk"..???? YAaarrff

  • Champignons?

    Those are mushrooms.

  • Wow, this turned out to be a lot fancier than I thought it could be. It's a freakin tuna dinner, but they're using wine, champagne, decade-old vinegar, cavair... Geez.

  • I envy this judges..........they got to eat lots of good foods..............hmmmmmmmmm

  • Same here. lol.

  • Thanks a lot!

  • Looking Great~~~
