@icezcube yeah bro, I totally understand what you mean. As far as abs, you won't get then unless you control your diet. On the other hand, if you want to maintain your current weight and intake on food you can put on some serious muscle and then when you decide to cut down you can always do that. If you want to gain muscle and stay at your current weight, I would recommend at least trying to make better choices. When you want to pig out, go for the meats (protein) and low glycemic carbs.
Very true my dude! Its basically eating way less calories every day and then letting your body consume the fat already on you to make up for the rest of the required energy.
Question for ya my dude I'm training hard 3 times a week but damn do I still have a big gut...its very hard to lose fat cause I keep drinking beers,sodas and eating huge portions of food every day almost...the thing is its hard to stop all that cause everyone in my family does the same and dont care about being healthy!
