  • Its called a proxy.

  • Just use SSL p2p network en done :)

  • I would imagine that China's cyber police is testing this as we speak.

  • that must take one hell of a Computer to see all of the nodes on a single Supernode

  • guys now.. the movie industry will track all like me ... and can catch just from bed ...... shiitttttttt...... screwed

  • I would love to get this application and upload it as a torrent file.

  • @punchthedog LMAO

  • this is fucking bullshit... gathering all this information is not only a violation of privacy but eventually this "data" can be sold for profit to God knows who...

  • woudlnt peer to peer encyption stop this? ie: if even the supernode's wouldnt know the filenames/data in plain text. then its all just giberish traffic, nothing to track even if they do assume a traffic hotspot to be a supernode.

  • When one door closes, another opens. It will only be a matter of time before another system is developed for sharing files.

  • They might not be able to target the downloaders but the guy that uploads is can be caught easily. No uploaders, no downloaders. If this is released a new infrastructure has to be built. I also believe that this may be illegal in some countries as what they are doing is considered a privacy violation.

There is a way to f*ck their system. Just get p2p clients to spam the network with fake packages. They will start to get inconclusive data.

    SSL-P2P may also work.

  • The networks are too large by now for them to stop piracy. They should've invented this 10 years ago.

  • @ZuiGe well yes and no. They might not be able to target the downloaders but the guy that uploads is can be caught easily. No uploaders, no downloaders.
