Two ways of doing this...

1. you can either go to my 4shared site and download "T-Mo Dash 96DPI Resolution PR" and install it.

2.you can open up your registry editor and change the LogicalPixelsX&Y to 96. here is the root menu for it HKEYLM\Drivers\Display\GPE.
